WHOLESALE APPLICATION
BARRANGO requires a current STATE RESALE CERTIFICATE to be set up as a wholeseller. For those who DO NOT qualify, we do offer quantity discounts based on a total list price purchase of $20,000 or more.
TERMS:
1. Any party interested in selling and/or reselling BARRANGO products assumes the responsibilities of a licensed reseller. Said party will be the primary contact for handling returns, refunds, exchanges and questions.
2. Any and all technical and/or product information furnished from BARRANGO to wholesellers is protected under copy right laws.
3. Please be advised that BARRANGO currently sells all of its products online, direct to consumers (retail). BARRANGO prices are subject to change and are meant to be competitive with other sites that sell commercial holiday decor products.
4. Any interested party must accept these terms below and mail, fax or e-mail a copy of your state specific RESALE CERTIFICATE (not SELLER'S PERMIT) to:
